Buyer seeks professional services to administer four housing funds totaling $47 million established through the Improve Our Tulsa 3 sales tax package. The funds include a $25M Housing Grant Fund, $7M Housing Investment Fund, $10M Housing Acquisition Fund, and $5M Housing Preservation and Rehabilitation Fund. Buyer prefers one entity to administer all funds but will consider proposals for individual fund administration.
