Buyer seeks professional services to administer four housing funds totaling $47 million established through the Improve Our Tulsa 3 sales tax package. The funds include a $25M Housing Grant Fund, $7M Housing Investment Fund, $10M Housing Acquisition Fund, and $5M Housing Preservation and Rehabilitation Fund. Buyer prefers one entity to administer all funds but will consider proposals for individual fund administration. The selected administrator will develop program frameworks, leverage additional funding, monitor performance, and engage with community stakeholders.
