Buyer seeks a qualified consulting team to lead the development of a new City Strategic Plan that will guide priorities, resource management, and decision-making over the next several years. The updated plan will enhance the buyer's ability to translate strategic priorities into real-world outcomes while aligning with the Elevate Las Cruces Comprehensive Plan.
