Buyer is seeking qualified firms or individuals to provide as-needed surge staffing for Berkeley Fire Department. Services will support staff transitions, knowledge transfers, and workload during peak seasons. Buyer requires temporary personnel and subject matter experts for interim vacancies, specialized projects, peak workload periods, and knowledge transfer. The contract will be for three years with two optional one-year extensions.

- Deliver communications and marketing support for social media campaigns
- Develop academy curriculum for specialized positions
- Assist with website development and recruitment marketing materials
- Support program management for new initiatives like the Chipper Program
- Provide remote services with occasional on-site presence as needed
