Buyer is seeking qualified firms to provide emergency medical support staffing services in assigned Charlotte County shelters or disaster sites. Services include providing medical team staffing for special needs and general population shelters before, during, and after disasters. Teams must include medical managers, care nurses, care assistants, and mental health providers who can operate in post-disaster environments with appropriate self-sufficiency. Buyer requires teams to arrive within 48 hours of notification and begin operations within 12 hours of check-in.

- Medical team led by licensed MD, PA, or APRN
- Team lead must communicate effectively in English
- Medical Manager must be licensed RN in good standing
- Care Nurses must be licensed RNs
- Care Assistants must be Certified Nursing Assistants
- Mental Health Providers must have appropriate licensure
- Provide medical manager RNs for special needs and general population shelters
- Supply care nurses and assistants for shelter medical support
- Provide mental health professionals for shelter and EOC locations
- Deploy complete medical teams within 48 hours of notification
- Operate in austere post-disaster environments with 72-hour self-sufficiency
- Integrate with shelter general support team
- Provide care for citizens requiring medical attention
- Coordinate with Charlotte County Mass Care and Emergency Management
- Maintain activity logs for each shift
- Provide team members with appropriate identification and uniforms
