Buyer requires installation of a comprehensive, automated parking enforcement solution with License Plate Reader technology. The solution will modernize outdated pen-to-paper parking enforcement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Buyer needs a complete system including LPR cameras, barrier arms, software licensing, and integration services with ongoing support.

• 7/14/2025 - Contract Award to Site Survey
• 4/7/2026 - Installation Completion

• Project Manager with minimum three years experience managing technical government projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of parking enforcement solutions
• Knowledge of LPR camera and barrier arm installation
• Ability to coordinate with federal agencies on infrastructure requirements
• US citizenship or eligibility for Government employment

• Install and integrate License Plate Reader (LPR) cameras at four Senate garage entrances
• Install barrier arms at two designated Senate garage entrances
• Provide software licenses and administrative interface with client capability
• Import data from existing web-based SAA database
• Conduct site survey within five business days after contract award
• Provide project management services throughout implementation
• Coordinate with Architect of Capitol for infrastructure requirements
• Provide mobile application with data plan for image storage/retrieval
• Deliver comprehensive training for technical and non-technical users
• Provide three-year warranty with ongoing maintenance support
