Buyer requires installation of a comprehensive, automated parking enforcement solution with License Plate Reader technology. The solution will modernize outdated pen-to-paper parking enforcement processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Buyer needs a complete system including LPR cameras, barrier arms, software licensing, and integration services with ongoing support.

- 7/14/2025 - Contract Award to Site Survey
- 4/7/2026 - Installation Completion
- Project Manager with minimum three years experience managing technical government projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of parking enforcement solutions
- Knowledge of LPR camera and barrier arm installation
- Ability to coordinate with federal agencies on infrastructure requirements
- US citizenship or eligibility for Government employment
- Install and integrate License Plate Reader (LPR) cameras at four Senate garage entrances
- Install barrier arms at two designated Senate garage entrances
- Provide software licenses and administrative interface with client capability
- Import data from existing web-based SAA database
- Conduct site survey within five business days after contract award
- Provide project management services throughout implementation
- Coordinate with Architect of Capitol for infrastructure requirements
- Provide mobile application with data plan for image storage/retrieval
- Deliver comprehensive training for technical and non-technical users
- Provide three-year warranty with ongoing maintenance support
