  • 7/7/2025 - Proposal Due Date
  • 11/20/2025 - GOVBUY Event Dates
  • Must be a NYS certified MWBE, SDVOB, or NY Small Business
  • Must have three consecutive years experience providing event management services
  • Plan and coordinate GOVBUY 2025 event at Empire State Plaza
  • Create event branding, marketing, and registration systems
  • Develop mobile application with navigation and scheduling features
  • Provide badge printing and on-site registration services
  • Set up minimum 275 exhibitor booths with tables and equipment
  • Manage event reception for approximately 120 attendees
  • Provide catering services for 1,750+ participants
  • Capture photo/video documentation and session recordings
  • Coordinate session scheduling and classroom management
  • Prepare post-event analysis and transition materials to OGS
