- Must be a NYS certified MWBE, SDVOB, or NY Small Business
- Must have three consecutive years experience providing event management services
- Plan and coordinate GOVBUY 2025 event at Empire State Plaza
- Create event branding, marketing, and registration systems
- Develop mobile application with navigation and scheduling features
- Provide badge printing and on-site registration services
- Set up minimum 275 exhibitor booths with tables and equipment
- Manage event reception for approximately 120 attendees
- Provide catering services for 1,750+ participants
- Capture photo/video documentation and session recordings
- Coordinate session scheduling and classroom management
- Prepare post-event analysis and transition materials to OGS
