Buyer is seeking experienced small business marketing experts to provide consulting services to eligible applicants in their Small Business Marketing Assistance Program. Consultants will serve as prime contractors and must provide expertise in social media management, marketing strategy development, target audience identification, and website audits. Selected consultants may also assist in evaluating program applications. All work must be treated as confidential except when disclosure is explicitly authorized.
