Buyer owns and operates McGhee Tyson Airport and Downtown Island Airport and intends to issue an agreement based on the RFP process results.

- Three years of Airport Concessions consulting experience at a small or medium hub airport
- Advise on airport concessions best practices and future trends
- Assess existing concessions and recommend modifications to locations/concepts
- Review and analyze program financials including sales reports
- Support staff throughout concessions solicitation processes
- Develop tenant performance standards and design standards
- Review concession space for location, size and business potential
- Identify space constraints and support space requirements
- Conduct market research and benchmarking of peer airports
- Assist with outreach for Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprises
- Make presentations to airport leadership and board of commissioners
