- Must be awarded a contract under COTS 2012, 060B2490021
- Must be authorized reseller for OSP Insight
- Must provide virus-free COTS software
- Provide OSP Insight License Agreement renewal for 2025-2026
- Supply 5 Network Manager Telecom Professional user software maintenance renewals
- Supply 25 Network Manager Telecom Professional user software maintenance renewals
- Ensure all software is new, unused, and virus-free
- Provide manufacturer's suggested retail price documentation
- Provide all licensing agreements and terms for review
- Submit detailed invoicing per state requirements
- Maintain pricing validity for 90 days after proposal due date
- Provide estimated ship date/lead time for all items
- Serve as authorized OSP Insight reseller
