• Experienced in government website accessibility compliance
• Ability to provide three client references with contact information
• Qualified accessibility specialist to complete the final report
• Demonstrated experience with WCAG 2.1 AA standards

• Conduct ADA compliance assessment of county website and 39 microsites
• Perform both automated and manual accessibility testing
• Create detailed Accessibility Conformance Report using VPAT format
• Test for screen reader compatibility and keyboard navigation
• Remediate website to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards
• Document compliance with each WCAG 2.1 AA criterion
• Work collaboratively with County Communications Director and IT staff
• Provide ongoing documentation throughout remediation process
• Submit a detailed project timeline with specific milestones
• Present findings and remediation approach to county officials
