Leadership and Management Development Training Program
Whitfield County
Buyer seeks a qualified training provider to design and deliver a comprehensive leadership and management development program for upper management and department leaders. The program will be delivered to two cohorts of approximately 20 individuals each through in-person workshops and virtual sessions. Training must cover essential leadership skills including strategic thinking, coaching, emotional intelligence, communication, change management, and team building. The contract will run through December 2026 and is funded by the Appalachian Regional Commission's READY Local Governments grant program.

- At least 3 years experience delivering leadership training
- Experience with public sector or government organizations

- Deliver in-person workshops and virtual seminars for two cohorts
- Create curriculum covering strategic thinking and decision-making
- Develop coaching and mentoring skill-building modules
- Include emotional intelligence and self-awareness training components
- Create communication and active listening training modules
- Design change management and conflict resolution curriculum
- Develop team-building and delegation training modules
- Provide materials for both in-person and virtual delivery
