Buyer aims to become one of the healthiest employers in Oklahoma through this comprehensive wellbeing program. The program will support eight dimensions of wellbeing and include various incentives and challenges.

• 7/3/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 8/15/2025 - Finalist Presentation
• 1/1/2026 - Effective Date

• Must comply with state and federal laws
• Must have current business license in Oklahoma
• All work must be performed within continental United States
• Must be financially viable with sustained bottom line profitability
• Must be intimately familiar with higher education challenges

• Develop comprehensive wellness portal building upon existing initiatives
• Provide personalized experience for participants
• Boost engagement with the wellness program
• Support physical, financial, spiritual, emotional, social, intellectual, occupational, environmental wellbeing pillars
• Administer annual wellness incentive program of $300
• Create and manage annual Fit-Start eight-week wellbeing challenge
• Conduct quarterly engagement challenges with separate incentives
• Deliver excellent customer service to university employees
• Provide administrative and financial reports within 30 days of request
• Support three campuses: Norman, HSC, and Tulsa
