Buyer is seeking proposals to design, develop, and implement an Aruba Networks Clearpass Network Access Control solution or equivalent for up to 25,000 users/devices. The solution should enhance security, streamline access management, and integrate with existing infrastructure. Implementation includes three test locations with tailored policies for different educational environments. The contract will run from 2025 through 2028 as part of the FCC Cyber Security Pilot Program.

• Migrate functionality from Microsoft Network Policy Server to ClearPass
• Obtain Chromebook User-to-IP mapping for content filter integration
• Configure secure guest Wi-Fi with customizable access rules
• Segment BYOD devices onto separate guest network
• Integrate with Active Directory and multiple MDM solutions
• Support specialized network segmentation for eSports gaming computers
