The University of Texas System Administration Office of Capital Projects

Buyer seeks a Program Management firm to provide program and project management services for capital projects at seven institutions. The successful respondent will manage new projects not currently underway at institutions delegated to be managed by the buyer. The contract will be for a period of two years with two consecutive two-year renewal options. The buyer's Capital Improvement Program currently comprises 75 major construction projects at 14 institutions.

• Program Manager requires minimum 15 years executive program/project management experience
• Senior Project Manager requires minimum 10 years project management experience
• Project Manager requires minimum 10 years project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management required

• Manage projects from initiation through warranty phase
• Coordinate and administer fiduciary and schedule responsibility
• Lead procurement of design and construction services
• Facilitate timely stakeholder decisions and lead project meetings
• Develop and monitor project metrics, budgets and schedules
• Ensure compliance with regulations and UT System policies
• Manage project data in Oracle Primavera Unifier system
• Review design documents for compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with Office of Risk Management for insurance requirements
• Review and endorse contracts, change proposals, and project expenditures
