Buyer seeks qualified firms to provide environmental engineering consultants to perform hazardous materials abatement on existing structure. Services include air/noise/vibration monitoring, disposal of asbestos/lead containing waste, demolition of structure, and disposal of construction debris. The contract term is six months. Buyer has established a 20% DBE contract specific participation goal for this project.

• Experience in environmental engineering services with three references from past five years
• Knowledge of regulations and codes regarding environmental engineering services
• Possess General Contractor's license and hazardous materials certification
• Certified Asbestos Consultant/CDPH Inspector/Monitor capabilities
• Civil Engineering capabilities
• Environmental Law expertise
• Construction cost estimating and document preparation experience

• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and obtain permits
• Prepare site-specific health and safety plan by CIH
• Prepare demolition plan for structure
• Perform hazardous materials abatement including asbestos and lead
• Conduct air quality testing and monitoring
• Perform noise and vibration monitoring of adjacent structures
• Demolish above-grade structure
• Dispose of asbestos/lead containing waste properly
• Install security perimeter fencing
• Prepare and submit completion report
