• Must be in continuous existence providing relevant services for at least three years

• Develop a countywide public education and awareness strategy
• Conduct in-person outreach including tele-town halls and community meetings
• Create digital and social media content for Riverside County residents
• Implement earned and paid media strategy across traditional and non-traditional channels
• Identify and cultivate transportation champions within the community
• Create messaging and content based on survey data and branding guidelines
• Develop direct-mail and educational materials for public distribution
• Deliver the Traffic Relief Plan to 50% of adult residents
• Engage with 7% of adult residents on the Traffic Relief Plan
• Increase public awareness of the TRP by at least 15%
