• Previous experience of progressive responsibility in administrative coordinated program experience
• Demonstrated experience at a government facility with multiple regulators
• Experience in preparing status reporting, evaluations and forecasts for professional services

• Implement PeopleSoft Enterprise Resource Planning Finance modules
• Implement PeopleSoft Human Capital Management modules
• Implement PeopleSoft Time and Labor modules
• Provide project management and implementation planning
• Establish organizational change management strategies
• Conduct business process analysis and optimization
• Configure and customize PeopleSoft applications
• Develop data migration and conversion strategies
• Build system integrations between applications
• Perform system testing and quality assurance
