Buyer is soliciting proposals for qualified project managers to oversee information technology projects. The project manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of technology initiatives from concept to completion. Buyer's IT portfolio consists of 60-70 projects, with Digital 1:1 being a high priority. The initial contract term is one year with three one-year renewal options. Services may be performed remotely with occasional onsite presence required.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• Proficient with project management software tools
• Project manager of two successful large-scale software systems implementations
• 5 years of IT and business/industry work experience
• 5 years of leadership responsibility managing teams

• Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Provide stakeholder communication plans and regular status updates
• Facilitate meetings and track issues and risks
• Coordinate between District departments, vendors, and external agencies
• Deliver final project evaluations and lessons learned reports
• Manage Digital 1:1 technology implementation project
• Develop risk mitigation plans for IT projects
• Ensure alignment with District's mission and goals
• Optimize processes and improve overall approach
• Support identity and access management implementation
