Buyer seeks qualified engineering firms to establish an approved list for professional services related to various Capital Improvement Projects. Selected firm(s) will be retained for a period of three years, with option to renew for an additional two years. Services include engineering design and contract documents suitable for bidding purposes across multiple infrastructure categories. Buyer may select one or more firms for each discipline based on evaluation criteria.

• 6/25/2025 - Questions deadline
• 6/26/2025 - Voluntary Pre-submittal meeting
• 7/3/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Good standing with Texas professional governing boards
• Proof of insurance required with proposal
• Experience with cities under 15,000 population preferred
• Experience with projects under $15,000,000 preferred

• Roadway construction and reconstruction design
• Water and wastewater infrastructure planning
• Storm sewer engineering
• Transportation infrastructure design
• Trail and park development
• Lighting and illumination planning
• Construction engineering and inspection
• Project management for capital improvements
• Engineering studies and analysis
• Project scheduling and cost estimating
