Buyer seeks comprehensive construction management services for a water main replacement and street reconstruction project. • Minimum 5 years experience with Public Works construction projects
• Key team members familiar with SSPWC, City standards, and Caltrans specifications
• Resident Engineer must be a licensed Civil Engineer in California
• Resident Engineer must have minimum 7 years experience
• Construction Inspector must have minimum 5 years experience

• Manage construction activities per plans and specifications
• Conduct pre-construction meeting and biweekly construction meetings
• Review submittals, RFIs, and material compliance with project specifications
• Provide daily construction inspection and documentation
• Coordinate with utilities and outside agencies
• Monitor contractor compliance with WPCP/SWPPP requirements
• Provide materials testing and special inspection services
• Ensure labor compliance with prevailing wage requirements
• Process progress payments and change orders
• Coordinate project closeout and prepare final documentation
