Buyer is seeking Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for Bond Package D projects at three school sites. The scope includes elevator modernization and kitchen cooler/freezer upgrades at two elementary schools, plus water distribution, site lighting, HVAC, fire alarm system, paving, and network cabling upgrades at Pathways Future Center. The CM/GC will provide preconstruction services and construction management through project completion. The project will be awarded based on best value selection combining technical factors and price.
