• Meet Food Safety Modernization Act requirements
• Current HACCP program
• Vehicle sanitation program
• Third-party sanitation inspection

• Provide fresh conventional and organic produce to UC campuses
• Source at least 25% of products meeting sustainability attributes
• Maintain 98% fill rate for ordered products
• Deliver products on agreed schedules with 98% accuracy
• Provide traceability documentation for source farms
• Coordinate with sustainable food hubs and local farmers
• Implement HACCP and sanitation programs
• Provide quarterly sustainability reports showing product origin
• Notify University about product recalls within 24 hours
• Support e-commerce with hosted catalogs and punch-outs
