- Incorporate 9-second final denial barrier per UFC requirements
- Design overhead protection/lighting canopy and commercial inspection canopy
- Ensure compliance with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC)
- Incorporate removable bollards and pedestrian turnstile traffic devices
- Design gatehouse capable of withstanding vehicle, small arms, or explosion attacks
- Create access roads controlling peak traffic while rejecting unauthorized vehicles
- Ensure proper standoff distances per UFC requirements
- Integrate boundary fencing and entry gate systems
- Design facility to protect 8 PA C-130J aircraft and personnel
