Buyer seeks a Construction Management firm to oversee the modernization of three swimming pools at Andrew Hill, Evergreen Valley, and Oak Grove High Schools. The project includes removal and replacement of existing pools and related infrastructure. Buyer requires comprehensive construction management services from design through project closeout, managing all project team members including architects, engineers, and contractors.

• 6/27/2025 - Last Day for District to issue Addenda
• 7/2/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 8/14/2025 - Anticipated Board Meeting Approval

• Coordinate between District, School Site Stakeholders, Bridging Architect, and design-build entity
• Review schematic design for code compliance, budget compliance, and document accuracy
• Advise District during design-build, RFP, and pre-qualification phase
• Review and evaluate cost estimates to ensure compliance with project budget
• Value engineer documents for constructability and construction technology efficiency
• Provide administrative support including maintaining project files and documentation
• Review and manage project schedule including early purchase recommendations
• Support Bridging A/E in development of performance specifications
• Create and implement Commissioning Plan for swimming pool systems
• Coordinate close-out support including FF&E installations and warranty management
