Buyer seeks to pre-qualify professional engineering firms to provide services on an as-needed basis. Services include engineering for infrastructure projects funded by various programs. The contract will be active for three years with an option to auto-renew for two additional years in one-year increments. Buyer may select multiple firms for different engineering disciplines.

• 6/19/2025 - Deadline for Questions
• 7/2/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Licensed to practice engineering in Texas
• Employ Professional Engineers licensed in Texas
• Experience with public works infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and permitting
• Computer-aided drafting and GIS capabilities

• Street and paving design engineering
• Traffic design engineering including signals and controls
• Traffic studies including warrants and pedestrian crossings
• Drainage design and system modeling
• Coastal engineering including shoreline protection
• Water utility distribution system design
• Sewer utility collection system design
• Water and wastewater treatment facilities design
• Railroad and light rail engineering
• Structural engineering and damage assessment
