Buyer seeks a contractor to provide revenue cycle management and billing services for Willow Point Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. The contractor will act as a bridge between the facility and third-party payers including CMS, Medicaid, and other insurance providers. Services include claims submission, insurance verification, denial management, payment posting, and Medicaid application processing. The facility has a 300-bed capacity with an average daily census of 255 patients.

• Experience in long-term care medical billing
• Proficiency in NY Department of Health and CMS regulatory requirements
• Ability to integrate with Point Click Care EMR software

• Claims submission to insurance companies accurately and promptly
• Insurance verification for patients' coverage and eligibility
• Managing denials and resubmitting claims when necessary
• Medicaid application management and reauthorization process
• Patient billing for NAMI/Private Pay and handling inquiries
• Providing regular reporting on billing activity and cash assessment
• Integration with Point Click Care (PCC) EMR software
• On-site collaboration with facility staff to improve practices
• Working with MDS coordinators to maximize reimbursement
• Maintaining accounts receivable at 65 days or lower
