Buyer is requesting Architect and Engineering (AE) services for a new Edelman College of Communication, Humanities & Social Sciences. Pure Project Management has been engaged as the Project Manager leading the development of the project team. Buyer will be incorporating a Construction Manager at Risk contract approach and Collaborative Project Delivery approach including Target Value Design. The project requires improved faculty/student and visitor access planning.

• Experience with higher education projects
• Ability to conduct value-based design
• Expertise in efficient staff flow planning

• Design a new College of Communication, Humanities & Social Sciences building
• Conduct program validation and schematic design phase
• Develop comprehensive architectural and engineering design documents
• Lead collaborative design process with value-based design
• Coordinate with Construction Manager at Risk
• Incorporate Target Value Design principles
• Provide MEP and structural engineering services
• Verify efficient faculty/student/visitor access and flow
• Manage supply chain issues and mitigate inflation impacts
• Provide construction administration and project close-out services
