Buyer is seeking a qualified firm to coordinate Out-of-School Time and AmeriCorps Grant Program Support and Technical Assistance. The services relate to federal programs outlined in the Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers Program and the Edward M. Kennedy Serve America Act, along with the Learn365RI initiative. The contractor will manage hiring, salaries, benefits, and talent management for an Expanded Learning Opportunity/Learn365RI Consultant and an AmeriCorps Outreach and Training Specialist. The initial contract period will be for five years with the possibility of two additional 12-month renewals.

- Understanding of out-of-school time field and national service programs
- Knowledge of federal and state grant requirements
- Experience with data collection and reporting
- Ability to implement effective professional learning opportunities
- Administrative systems for payroll, benefits, and procurement
- Coordinate Out-of-School Time and AmeriCorps Grant Program Support
- Provide technical assistance to grant recipients
- Manage Learn365RI initiative statewide
- Support AmeriCorps member enrollment and retention targets
- Conduct monitoring of grant programs for compliance
- Design and deliver professional development and training
- Plan and manage logistics for AmeriCorps events
- Develop and maintain data collection systems
- Coordinate partnerships between municipalities, LEAs, and CBOs
- Support continuous quality improvement processes
