Buyer seeks a consultant to provide rideshare program outreach services. The consultant will conduct outreach via calls and emails to increase participation in employer programs and commuter rideshare modes. Services include promoting carpooling, vanpooling, bus and rail transit, bicycling, walking, and teleworking options. The consultant will act as an extension of staff to help reach target audiences and compel them to take action.

• Develop monthly outreach plans targeting employers and commuters
• Conduct employer outreach via calls, emails, and meetings

• Answer commuter phone calls about rideshare information
• Provide vanpool formation services and support
• Promote Perk Pass Program for discounted bus passes
• Support employer AVR survey calculation and data analysis
• Promote Guaranteed Ride Home program to employers
• Conduct marketing training for Employee Transportation Coordinators
• Organize campaigns for Bike Month and Rideshare Week
