Buyer is seeking a qualified vendor to purchase and implement a Security Incident and Event Management (SIEM) solution as part of the FCC's E-Rate Schools and Libraries Cybersecurity Pilot Program. The project consists of implementing, configuring, and integrating a cloud-based SIEM System to meet the buyer's network security requirements. The SIEM must provide real-time analysis of security alerts generated by applications and network hardware with a 36-month contract term.

- Integrate with ~750 Windows workstations and 40 servers
- Map threat intelligence to frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
- Support ~900 staff accounts with appropriate monitoring
