Buyer seeks qualified contractors to provide accessibility improvements and home repairs for very low-income homeowners. Services address health and safety concerns including electrical, plumbing, remediation, HVAC, roofing, and general contracting work. The program is funded through a Community Development Block Grant from HUD. Multiple qualified firms will be selected for an on-call rotation with work orders assigned as needed.

- Employees appropriately certified or supervised per codes
- Ability to work on multiple brands and types of equipment
- Not listed on federal SAM exclusion list
- Not on Oregon Construction Contractors Board ineligible list
- Commercial General Liability Insurance of $1M per occurrence, $2M aggregate
- Install accessibility improvements like ramps and grab bars
- Repair electrical systems in low-income residences
- Perform plumbing repairs and replacements
- Conduct remediation work for health and safety concerns
- Repair or replace roofing systems
- Address conditions threatening residents' health and safety
- Prevent rapid deterioration of homes through maintenance
- Coordinate directly with homeowners to schedule work
- Respond to work orders within five business days
- Prioritize emergency status work orders
