Buyer seeks qualified consultants to provide accessibility audit, assessment, remediation, training, and validation services for their websites and mobile applications. The goal is to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 at AA conformance level, in alignment with U.S. Department of Justice requirements effective April 24, 2026.
