• Provide strategic benefits consulting for employee benefit programs
• Develop annual rates for self-funded medical, dental, and prescription plans
• Conduct actuarial valuations for OPEB in compliance with GASB 75
• Provide actuarial review services for three defined benefit pension systems
• Perform quarterly and annual performance reporting on benefit plans
