Services will support the coordination and development of guidance, tools, and resources for implementing prevention services programs.

- Understanding of California's Child Welfare System
- Knowledge of child abuse prevention services
- Understanding of California five-year prevention plan
- Experience in policy development and program management
- Understanding of county or tribal fiscal systems
- Synthesize and connect systems to ensure program coordination
- Build service capacity in local communities and counties
- Develop fiscal analyses and sustainable prevention funding strategies
- Research and write program guidance and implementation tools
- Identify implementation barriers and develop solutions
- Support Mandated Reporting Advisory Committee coordination
- Manage subcommittees and track deliverables and deadlines
- Integrate with California Automated Response and Engagement System
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and focus groups
- Prepare budget proposals, agreements, contracts and grants
