• Provide one-on-one professional coaching to guide students in returning to school
• Identify, reach, engage and nurture stopped-out students throughout the student lifecycle
• Establish strategic direction for comprehensive personalized multi-channel communication campaigns
• Produce secure electronic communications with personalized recruitment strategies
• Update contact information through data enrichment for stopped-out students
• Develop profiles and personas of stopped-out students to personalize communications
• Discern barriers to re-enrollment and assist students in addressing them
