Buyer is seeking information from private, nonprofit organizations that assist employers with recruiting, hiring, and retaining individuals with disabilities. The purpose is to update and expand the current list of organizations that provide these services. Buyer requires respondents to be 501(c)3 organizations not already on their existing list of 16 service providers. Information collected will be used to compile resources for employers seeking assistance with hiring individuals with disabilities.

• Must be a 501(c)3 organization
• Not already included on the existing SDO list of 16 organizations
• Provide services that assist employers with hiring individuals with disabilities

• Provide human resources and inclusion consulting services to employers
• Develop workforce training programs for specific industries and employers
• Offer career exploration services for potential employees with disabilities
• Conduct resume writing and interview preparation for job seekers
• Implement job placement programs for individuals with disabilities
• Create employer resources for disability inclusion in the workplace
• Assist with workplace accommodations and accessibility planning
• Support retention strategies for employees with disabilities
• Deliver disability awareness training for hiring managers
• Establish partnerships between employers and disability service organizations
