Buyer seeks a qualified vendor to provide Employee Assistance Program services. The contract includes counseling, assessment, and treatment referral services to employees and eligible individuals. Services encompass short-term counseling for various issues, 24/7 helpline support, training seminars, and critical incident stress debriefings. The initial contract term is September 1, 2025 to August 31, 2027 with possible extension for up to 3 additional years.

  • Provide short-term counseling up to six sessions per issue
  • Maintain 24-hour toll-free helplines including one for teenagers
  • Develop and distribute participant satisfaction surveys
  • Provide referrals to appropriate healthcare resources
  • Deliver training and seminars on workplace wellness topics
  • Provide critical incident stress debriefings
  • Ensure all counselors meet required licensing and education standards
  • Produce quarterly utilization and demographic reports
  • Create and distribute promotional EAP materials
  • Operate an accessible, ADA-compliant counseling program
  • Implement formal grievance procedures with 30-day resolution timeframes
  • Schedule counseling sessions within three business days of contact
  • Maintain network of qualified counselors across major cities
  • Follow up on helpline contacts within 48 hours
  • Provide ADA-compliant communication alternatives for hearing-impaired participants
  • Ensure referrals are made within 48 hours of assessment
  • Develop and maintain informational website for employees
  • Provide accommodation for deaf and hard-of-hearing participants
  • Verify credentials of all counselors in provider network
  • Follow up on referrals to ensure appropriate service delivery
