The consultant will analyze market data, develop strategies for retaining existing service, recover lost routes, and attract new carriers. Services include market analysis, airline engagement, proposal development, and marketing support for an airport serving 550,000 annual passengers with service to 7 destinations.

• Professional firms with broad background in commercial airline air service development
• Must not have contracts with competing airports during agreement term
• Must assign specific personnel to work directly with BLI

• Analyze traffic data and catchment demographics to develop airline service retention strategies
• Identify and assess new route opportunities with profitability projections
• Prepare tailored air service proposals for targeted carriers
• Serve as liaison with airline network planning staff
• Participate in airline meetings and site visits
• Assist with Small Community Air Service Development Grant applications
• Attend national air service development conferences representing BLI
• Develop airport marketing campaign to support air service growth
