Buyer seeks General Consulting Engineering Services as required by their Turnpike Revenue Bond Resolution. The service period is for five years from January 2026 through December 2030. Services include engineering document updates, facility condition assessments, capital program management, and technical support. Buyer may award more than one contract for these services.

• Nationwide and favorable reputation for skill and experience
• Certificate of Authorization per N.J.S.A. 45:8-56
• Recent experience (last 10 years) in providing comparable services
• Ability to provide sufficient staffing with appropriate expertise

• Update engineering manuals and documents
• Review and report annually on physical condition of turnpike and parkway
• Maintain and update Long Range Capital Program
• Review construction contract phase submissions
• Review third party improvements and License to Cross applications
• Support and maintain Qualified Products List program
• Support annual renewal of property insurance
• Support Electronic Toll Collection and intelligent transportation systems
• Support real estate matters
• Serve as Bridge Inspection Program Technical Manager
• Provide Bond Resolution related services
• Perform inspections
• Appear as witness in litigation or public hearings
• Perform special engineering studies for existing or future projects
• Provide supplemental staff to support specific projects
