South Park Place Overflow Parking Improvements Design-Build Services

Buyer seeks a Design Build Firm to provide services for additional overflow parking at South Park Place at Orlando International Airport. The project includes design and construction of four asphalt surface parking lots (E, G, F, H) with a combined capacity of approximately 2,725 parking spaces. Lots E and G are considered the Base Bid, while Lots F and H are Additive Alternates. This is a two-step solicitation process where the buyer will evaluate responses and establish a shortlist of qualified firms.

- Design and construct lot with 767 spaces and bus shelter (Lot F)
- Design and construct asphalt surface parking lot with 336 spaces (Lot H)
- Implement environmental protection measures during construction
- Provide design documentation and construction plans for all lots
- Obtain necessary permits and regulatory approvals
- Coordinate with airport operations during construction
- Install proper drainage and stormwater management systems
- Ensure compliance with ADA accessibility requirements
