Buyer seeks professional services to support the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) and Department of Air Force Strategic Partnering and Technology Transfer and Transition Program Office. The services will help increase the use of T3 mechanisms, patents, intellectual property, and metrics across the Air Force. Buyer requires support in graphic design, data management, partnership development, and administrative functions to facilitate technology transition to warfighters and increase commercialization of Air Force research.

• Educational degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation

• Design visual concepts using graphic design tools and software
• Develop and negotiate technology transfer agreements (CRADAs, EPAs, PLAs)
• Collect and analyze data for technology transfer opportunities
• Manage records using Defense Technology Transfer Information System
• Plan and coordinate conferences and Integrated Product Team meetings
• Perform market research and prepare business case analyses
• Develop strategic communications and partnership materials
• Support data engineering for T3 database project implementation
• Facilitate collaborative planning sessions for executive team members
• Identify S&T Research & Development trends for program improvements
