• Demonstrate previous SSBCI experience

• Determine eligibility of applicants according to Treasury's SSBCI requirements
• Manage evaluation and selection process for investment candidates
• Draft investment decision memos for the Investment Committee
• Establish oversight practices for portfolio companies
• Implement conflict of interest prevention based on Treasury guidelines
• Provide quarterly and annual reports on investment activities
• Establish compliance mechanisms for Treasury SSBCI program
• Track investment returns and economic impact data
• Support socially and economically disadvantaged individuals (SEDI)
• Participate in Investment Committee proceedings
