Buyer seeks qualified firms to provide professional services on an as-needed basis to their Department of Economic and Community Development. The services will be provided on an on-call basis across four subareas: Land Use Planning, Urban Design and Architectural Services, Landscape Architecture, and GIS. Buyer will create a list of qualified consultants for each subarea to support department staff. Work will be performed on a task order basis with individually negotiated scopes, budgets, and schedules.

• 6/30/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Experience with land use planning, urban design, landscape architecture, or GIS
• Expertise in development review processes
• Knowledge of City planning and permitting codes and regulations
• Ability to work within tight timeframes

• Provide development review of project permit applications
• Technical assistance for GMA Critical Areas including wetlands assessment
• Support comprehensive and subarea planning projects
• Review architectural plans for design compliance
• Develop code for design standards and requirements
• Review landscape plans and specifications for permit process
• Assist with updates to Zoning Ordinance and Design Standards
• Interpret and develop landscaping standards and requirements
• Provide GIS services to support department staff and projects
• Support long-range planning efforts with GIS capabilities
