Buyer seeks qualified firms for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of signage for the Frontier Center Lobby Expansion. The project includes interior signs, directional signs, and identification signs. The most significant aspect is the fabrication and installation of a ceiling fixture consisting of approximately 1,500 screen print wrapped acrylic tubes mounted in aluminum channels. Installation is expected to occur between December 2025 and February 2026.

• 12/25/2025 - Installation timeframe

• Valid Idaho Public Works Contractor License per Idaho Code Section 54-1902
• Experience with similar signage projects, especially ceiling fixtures
• Equipment necessary for fabrication of acrylic tube ceiling fixture
• Not currently engaged in boycott of Israel if payment exceeds $100,000
• Not owned or operated by the government of China

• Design and fabricate signage compliant with local codes and ADA requirements
• Fabricate large ceiling fixture with 1,500 screen print wrapped acrylic tubes
• Install acrylic tubes varying from 18" to 74" in aluminum channels
• Coordinate installation with General Contractor and City personnel
• Provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate for overall project
• Work closely with Architect for final design, installation and fabrication
• Obtain and utilize CAD files for fabrication if required
• Submit samples and shop drawings for approval before fabrication
• Install interior signs, directional signs, and identification signs
• Submit project qualifications that highlight similar signage experience
