The services will cover approximately 3,420 active employees. Buyer currently uses a local EAP provider with limited visits and is seeking to expand wellbeing services for employees.

• Financially sound with AM Best rating of A- or higher
• Licensed by Texas Department of Insurance
• Operated continuously for minimum of five years
• No outstanding lawsuits that affect ability to provide services
• No outstanding regulatory issues

• Provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services
• Administer Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care Account (DCA)
• Manage COBRA administration for continued benefits
• Administer Health Savings Accounts (HSA)
• Provide 24/7 access center for employee assistance
• Offer management training services
• Process claims with quick turnaround times
• Create and distribute enrollment materials
• Provide web portal for claims submission
• Offer mobile app for account access
