Buyer is seeking a pharmacy benefit manager to provide dedicated clinical account management and a 340B management system. The services will support the Wyoming AIDS Drug Assistance Program serving approximately 230 clients and the Tuberculosis Prescription Program serving approximately 60 clients annually. The PBM will process claims, coordinate benefits, manage formularies, and provide reporting while ensuring all rebates are remitted to the buyer.

• Process and adjudicate pharmacy claims for AIDS and TB programs
• Provide 340B platform management for medication inventory
• Implement clinical management services including formulary management
• Coordinate benefits with insurance companies
• Track and remit 100% of rebates collected to the Agency
• Build ADAP domain within Wyoming CAREWare system
• Staff helpdesk for members and participating pharmacies
• Provide data matching for commercial insurance information
• Conduct audits of participating pharmacies annually
• Provide transition services from incumbent contractor if needed
