The program focuses on enhancing maternal health, infant/toddler development, family stability, maternal life course development, and family safety through nurse home visitation.

• Must be located in Oklahoma County
• Must implement model meeting MIECHV Grant requirements
• Must have Medical Director on staff or ability to hire one
• Must have adequate office space with secure internet access
• Must have policies requiring criminal background checks

• Provide home nurse visiting services to first-time mothers
• Enhance maternal health through pregnancy and after delivery
• Improve infant/toddler health and development outcomes
• Establish trusting relationships to enhance family stability
• Promote maternal life course development including education and employment goals
• Promote safe practices to reduce injury, illness, and neglect risks
