Buyer seeks qualified event production individuals or teams to lead the activation of Legacy Square during summer 2026. The producer will design and manage community events tied to the 2026 FIFA World Cup and ongoing programming from June through September 2026. The space will feature a futsul court, grassed gathering area, video screen, stage, and play structure. Buyer requires comprehensive management for this new public space to create a vibrant community destination.

• Proven experience planning public space activations lasting 4-months or more
• Ability to develop sustainable plan incorporating multiple site elements
• Experience working with city staff and community stakeholders
• Must be US-based

• Design and manage full schedule of community events tied to 2026 FIFA World Cup
• Develop regular weekly/monthly events throughout June-September 2026
• Coordinate live viewing experiences with video screen and audio systems
• Manage venue logistics including seating, signage, and crowd flow
• Establish security, safety, and people movement plans
• Source and manage performers, musicians, and live entertainment
• Coordinate food and beverage vendors and interactive experiences
• Recruit and manage event staff and volunteers
• Track attendance and engagement metrics throughout the summer
• Collaborate with community partners to ensure inclusive programming
• Create marketing and promotion strategies across multiple platforms
• Develop and manage detailed event budget
• Seek sponsorships and partnerships to offset costs
• Plan and manage a futsul court and recreational sports activities
• Oversee installation of all site infrastructure and technical production
• Create contingency plans for weather and other challenges
• Develop cleaning, recycling, and waste diversion plans
• Organize children's activities and family-friendly programming
• Collaborate with local soccer groups for sports-related events
• Collect feedback and prepare final evaluation report
