Buyer seeks vendors to develop and deliver professional development services for parents and caregivers. The program aims to empower up to 200 parents annually with parenting skills that will help children thrive in school. Vendors must provide culturally responsive training in multiple languages, implement evaluations, and document outcomes. The contract term is 3 years, serving families with children from infancy through age 8.

• 5 years experience delivering professional development to parents/caregivers
• Serves at least 200 families per year
• Can deliver services in English and at least one additional language

• Deliver professional development series to city parents/caregivers
• Provide culturally responsive training in multiple languages
• Track attendance and collect feedback from participants
• Develop objective reports summarizing program benefits
• Survey parents to determine relevant professional development topics
• Create transadapted materials for various languages and cultures
• Produce completion certificates for attendees
• Implement evaluations to document impact of parent empowerment
• Meet quarterly with BPS Department of Early Childhood staff
• Attend occasional group meetings with family engagement coordinators
