Leadership and Management Development Training Program

Buyer seeks a qualified training provider to design and deliver a comprehensive Leadership and Management Development Training Program for upper management and department leaders. The program will equip participants with essential leadership skills, strategic management tools, and effective communication techniques. Training will be delivered to two cohorts of approximately 20 individuals each through a combination of in-person workshops, virtual seminars, and/or blended learning formats. The program is funded by the Appalachian Regional Commission's READY Local Governments grant program.
